How to Get the IRS Off Your Clients’ Back and Look Like a Hero

You will learn the three ways to solve any client’s IRS problem. You will learn that any tax problem can be solved if you follow simple steps:
- Investigation of Liability (Discovery) – We need to find out what the IRS know about you, get access to all your records, and then come up with a game plan.
- Compliance – IRS will not talk to anyone unless they are not in current compliance. I will discuss what that means.
- Resolution – Offer and Comprise, Installment Agreement, or Currently Not Collectable – These are the three broad categories to resolve any tax debt no matter who large the tax problem is and I will cover all categories.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
No Charge Classes: EVAR members will incur a $10 No Show Fee if you do not cancel, in writing, 1 day prior to the class. This will allow members on a waiting list the opportunity to attend.
Paid Classes: If you must cancel or reschedule a refund MAY be issued, IF the Association is notified in writing or by email 1 day prior to the class.
Cancelled Classes: EVAR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. If cancellation occurs, EVAR will issue a full refund. In the case that a course is rescheduled, EVAR will send you immediate notification and transfer your reservation (including payment) to the new date. If the new date does not work for your schedule, you will be issued a full refund.
